Terms of Order Booking:

1. Once Order Booked Cannot be Cancelled.

2. No Amount will be refunded Once paid for Order except if Stock is Not Available for Which Paid For.

3. Advance Paid For Cod Orders , will be not be refunded or used against any other order, if Parcel is rejected at time of delivery

4. Courier Charges To and Fro to be borne by buyer, if there is Return of COD orders to us or Prepaid Parcel due to any circumstance by which buyer is not able to take delivery due to wrong address or Buyer Rejection.

5. You are Ordering Based on Your Knowledge of Product Quality or after getting known quality of same by asking the representative whose attending you.

Purchase Order and Payment:

1. Purchase Order is Placed by you without Payment

2. After Confirmation of Stock Availablity , You will be communicated to pay amount for order

3. You Have to Send Payment Proofs within 1-2 Hours to get Required Ordered Stock or as per time Given to you

4.  KurtiKart will be not be liable to pay any damages, if they cannot ship Products Order Due to Any Situation not in Control

5.  Order May not be booked , if Payment made after Few days or Time Given, You have to Confirm  Before Paying.

 Delivery Acceptance Terms:

1. Don't Accept Parcel if You Found open or damaged.

2.  Parcel Sent to you is Un-Insured, You can get it Transit Insured at extra charges.

3  We Select Best and standard Courier for Safe Delivery of Parcels.

Returns:

1. No Return for Unsold Items Left With You, Because we Want Every Customer To Buy New Fashion Daily and Not Returned By Someone Else.

2. Returns Only in Case of Damage within 3 days of Delivery of Order.

3. Refund or Replacment Processed within 10 Days to 1 Month of Receipt of Returns, based on Product to Product. 

4. In 0.01% cases, Some Brand may not accept return even in case of damage, KurtiKart will not be liable to any damages in such cases.
